Don’t sell yourself short, you are the most important aspect of a drug recovery program. We often get new addicts in our substance abuse facility, that are so down trodden and defeated. Before we even address there addiction issues we have to work on rebuilding their confidence that they can, and will overcome addiction, before we can even begin to work on the addiction itself.

It is nothing to be upset or feel defeated by if you can’t defeat your addiction on your own. No one can. Those that have stopped using, have done just that they have managed to stop using. The man that stops walking on his way into the pool isn’t suddenly a fish. The addict that stops using for a period of time isn’t suddenly no longer addicted. It takes more than a period of abstinence to be recovered. For the time period that you aren’t currently using , then next run of drug use is looming on the horizon.

Instead of “not using”, addicts need to find real recovery, and rehabilitation. Being able to stop using is merely the first step in a complete rehabilitation process. It isn’t the drugs that are making a person an addict, it is their own addictive mentality. That is what really needs to be addressed before a person can be considered truly rehabilitated.

Whether you have managed to stop for a period of time or you are finding even that difficult, our treatment facility can provide the attentive care and assistance that can make the difference between “not using ” between relapses and finding the peace that is available through rehabilitation.

Remember your addiction can’t be beaten without your own personal determination. Don’t hesitate to gather all the information you can from this site and then call about joining us to being the rest of your life.
